Credit card details will be taken when booking, this is purely to reserve chalet or chalets no funds will be taken from your card as payment will be taken on check in.

In the event of a cancellation, we require at least 48 hours notice or full payment will be taken for your chalet.

A credit card imprint is required during the stay.

Chalets not claimed by 8.00pm on the night of arrival, will be re-let without further reference excepting where prior advice has been given.

We do not allow pets.

WE DO NOT CATER FOR STAG OR HEN PARTIES

Rooms are available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 11.00am on the morning of departure.

Please inform us if you require ground floor and/or wheelchair accessible rooms at the time of booking. All rooms are strictly non smoking.

The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the management's prior permission. Failure to do so may void your booking.

Covered by basic charges are: Electricity, duvets, pillows and bed linen, also kitchen equipment.

The chalet and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. An additional charge for cleaning may be incurred.

All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged for.

The Occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to other Occupants.

Staff of the motel may visit the chalet when required.
